In my junior year, I led a group of programmers to design an app for Alzheimer patients. The goal was to ensure that users would remember basic tasks like taking medication via sound or visual aids. Since launching, we have received positive reviews from users and are ready to publish our app to the public. Seeing how computers could make such a large impact on society inspired me to continue learning about engineering and computer science.
